Pind Baluchi

We are a group consisting of North Indians that got together to form a team of chefs at Pind Baluchi to serve you the authentic and authentic street food tastes. We purchased this restaurant in 2 Rebound Court, Narre Warren on December 24, 2009, as an Invitation Indian Restaurant located in Narre Warren. It is located in the middle of Narre Warren, which is located behind it is the Narre Warren Railway Station.

The beginning was not easy However, after six months, we were able to grow. We chose to give the restaurant a name that reflects the type of food we offer and renamed the restaurant “PIND BALUCHI” which means “Cuisine of a Village” in the year 2011.

We have a highly skilled chef who is the owner of the kitchen and his team members who are creating mouthwatering meals. We will serve only the best food available always !

ABOUT CHEF

The chef (Pardaman Singh) at Pind Baluchi hails from a small town named Meerut located near Delhi. He earned his certificate in hospitality in the month of April, 1995 in Meerut. From that point, he never stopped and kept on moving ahead. He got his first hotel job in the month of May 1995, at “Delhi Sofitel Surya”, and later transferred towards “Park Royal” in Delhi and then made a major shift towards “Royal Court” in Kenya as the head chef in 1998. Pardaman Singh was employed at “Royal Court” for 2 years before moving into “Southern Palm Beach Hotel” in Kenya as Sous Chef. Following his time at “Southern Palm Beach Hotel” in Kenya for another three years, He moved to Australia as an experienced migrant, along with his family of four.

Pardaman began his journey in from Australia as a chef at “Flavours of India” on Commercial Road. After a few years, he was a part of “Feeding at Reading” in South Melbourne and “Lotus Bar and Restaurant” in South Yarra and then “Big Mouth” located in St Kilda. He had been looking to establish his own company after long enough and finally was offered the opportunity in the year 2009. Since then, he has been running the restaurant with success.

CATERING

We cater to all types of events and functions including inside the house Birthday Party, Ring Ceremony and more… from outside weddings, house warmings celebrations, as well as bulk food pickups or delivery. It can be difficult when you decide to use catering.

Catering service could be limited to food or meals, and the beverages which could include hot Indian tea as well as cold drinks and alcohol. When choosing the menu items, children or adults as well as any other needs such as nuts, vegans and gluten-free are taken into the mind.

We offer a special menu for kids that includes Noodles, Spring Rolls, Fries, Fairy Breads, Cordials and much more.We offer all kinds of food items, such as a simple main course’s or the three-course dinner, as well as the various spices for children and adults.
